What happens when you randomly surf around the net for a little while? You find articles like this one (not for those who blush easily).

I'm constantly amused by the variety of things my virtual Drunkard's Walk finds for me.

Takes more than sexual mechanics to make me blush :)

Really? There are men who don't get that stuff? Or should I just stay the heck out of Australia? :-)

Article also completely ignores some important facts:
1) Oh, please! Simultaneous orgasms are NOT so elusive.
2) Vicarious orgasms *are* quite frequently very satisfying.
3) The somewhat less common reality of strictly vaginal orgasms.
4) Some of us are not so goal-oriented as to require the screaming multiples all the time in order to feel sated. A good, thorough rogering can really hit the spot. Terrible pun decidedly NOT intended.

So, where do I get this crazy stuff? Am I just a product of the patriarchy? Did I watch too much porn as an irrepressibly curious kid and it warped my development? Maybe I end up in bed with especially enlightened people, and have avoided pop culture enough to not get the references in the article?

Oh, the warning wasn't for you, my dear. The warning was more for those members of my audience who might, or who wouldn't want their mothers walking by at the wrong moment. :)

Yeah, there are men that don't get that stuff. Apparently, there are women who don't get that stuff either, although I don't know that I know any of them.

I think you're just fortunate enough to be one of those women who just like sex and weren't conditioned otherwise. Empowerment, women's lib, and all the rest still haven't reached a large part of the population in a personal way, if the literature is to be believed. You, though, are just steeped in all that stuff to the point where you don't see it, and express incomprehension when the consequences of cultural sex-negativism are referenced. At least, you have in past conversations. :) (Insert reference to moral imperative conversations here.)
